Applicant privacy notice CONFIRM

Bahena Truckin LLC collects the information in our driver application to evaluate you for employment or contracting, as required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (49 CFR Part 391), including your contact information, license and medical certificate details, employment history, and safety record.

How it is stored: on our own secured server. Only authorized hiring staff can see it, behind a password-protected login. Documents you upload (CDL, medical card) are stored privately and are not public.

How it is used: to review your qualifications, contact you, verify your previous employers' safety performance history (49 CFR 391.23), and, only with your separate written authorization, obtain consumer reports such as your MVR and background check.

Sharing: we do not sell your information. We share it only with screening providers and agencies needed to complete hiring checks you authorize, or as required by law.

Retention: we keep applications for the period required by law and our records policy, then delete them. CONFIRM
